Brief description:

The study assessed the impact of the 2001-2004 PERFORM activities in Ministry of Finance (focusing on fiscal decentralization policy analysis, and implementation of Law 25/1999), Ministry of Home Affairs and Regional Autonomy (focusing on administrative decentralization policy analysis and implementation of Law 22/1999) and selected local and municipal governments (focusing on strengthening medium-term development planning and budgeting and related policy and program advice to MOHA) and identified ways in which impacts could be enhanced.
