Brief description:

CPL provided direct support to the departments of MARD in the preparation of their 5-year plans as components of the overall MARD and sector medium term plan. The support centered on the introduction and consolidation of results-based planning in MARD, linked to the institutionalization of the Comprehensive Poverty Reduction and Growth Strategy of the Government of Vietnam.  CPL also provided a specialist to work with the Government / Donor Task Force which was responsible for the formulation of the overall MARD medium term plan logical framework.
