Brief Description

Culpin Planning Ltd prepared recommendations designed to ensure the long term improvement of housing in Nepal. The recommendations included the adoption of appropriate national shelter policies and strategies, building standards, building materials and construction techniques, and particular attention was paid to the requirements of earth-quake prone regions of the country.  The work involved extensive socio-economic surveys and housing case studies developed with individual households.
