Brief description:

The project builds capacity in government to evaluate and apply new aid modalities (SWAps, PBAs and innovative funding modalities within these sector or program frameworks) and also builds capacity to develop innovative aid modalities.  Although based in the Ministry of Planning and Investment the project introduces the principles of new aid modalities to key line ministries to provinces and donors.
